About This Offering

There is profound medicine in being witnessed and held by a community of like-minded souls. Group immersions combine the transformational practices of my 1:1 work with the unique power of collective healing.

My group programs are thoughtfully curated containers that bring women together around a shared theme — nervous system regulation, feminine embodiment, intuitive leadership, or seasonal cycles.

Each program runs for eight weeks and includes live calls, somatic practices, breathwork sessions, and a private community space. You'll be held, challenged, and celebrated by women who understand the path you're walking.

The magic of group work is that you don't just receive the teachings — you receive the energy, insight, and reflection of every woman in the room.
